Flowers of Lupine "Tricolor", 0.6 g

A long-fling-flowering mixture in the white-blue-red shades of the flag of Russia. Plants are high (100 cm), with vertical peduncles, in the lower part are decorated with spectacular palmated leaves. The inflorescence is a tight, multi-flowered brush up to 45 cm long, with numerous fragrant flowers in size 2 cm. It blooms from the first numbers of June for 30-40 days. Lupine is photophilous, but takes out a light partial shade. It grows well on any mild soils with a pH of 5.5-6.0. Seeds are sown in the winter or early spring directly into the ground. The mixture looks spectacular in plantings with large arrays in the background or on lawns in front of a hedge.
