Обильно и продолжительно цветущий сорт, относится к группе Пионовидных астр. Куст широкий, слабоветвистый, высотой 1 м. Соцветия фиолетовые, шаровидные, диаметром 12 см. Язычковые цветки ладьевидные, широкие, плотно прилегающие друг к другу. Растет на солнечных, защищенных от ветра участках с хорошо дренированной, нейтральной или произвесткованной почвой. Используется в групповых и одиночных посадках, а также на срезку.
