An annual elegant landscape plant of the Malvow family, up to 75 cm high. One of the favorite plants of flower growers. The plant is powerful, branched, very unpretentious. Frequent flowers are large, up to 8 cm in diameter, snow-white coloring. Distinctive features of lavaters are abundant and prolonged flowering, from late June to autumn cold, and non -language to growing conditions. It looks great in single and group landings, as well as in mixborders. The plant is undemanding in care, unpretentious to growing conditions, resistant to drought, withstands strong gusts of wind and small frosts. He prefers open sunny areas on loose, light, well -drained soils. They are grown both by direct sowing of seeds in open ground, and through seedlings. In open ground, the seeds are sown in late April-early May with nests, 2-3 seeds in the hole. The interval between the holes is 30-40 cm. With a seedling method of growing, crops are carried out in March in peat pots to a depth of 1 cm. Crops are moistened and covered with a transparent film or glass until the emergence of seedlings, the film is periodically removed to ventilate crops and removal of condensate. Seedlings are planted in the ground at the end of May (when frosts pass) along with peat pots.
