Food dye Top Decor "Arburusa", 30g

Water -soluble dye with a high concentration of a coloring pigment. A thick consistency allows it to be well painted throughout the mass of the main confectionery semi -finished products (jelly, mousse, cream, dough, mastic and others), without changing their consistency. It has no taste and aroma, so it retains the initial taste properties of a painted product. Recommended dosage: 2-3 drops (0.1-0.15 g) per 100 grams of painted mass.
