Personal cards of employees are used by institutions for the purpose of complete personnel. The law obliges managers to take care of creating such a card for each employee. The form for these documents is the form T-2. It is approved and unified by Decree No. 1 of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation and retains the original structure since January 2004.
