The transition to federal state educational standards governing the requirements for the basic components of educational activities - conditions, programs and results of education, outlined new approaches to resolving issues of assessing the quality of education. The strategic direction today is the transition from the methodology for quality control to the methodology for managing the quality of education. Ensuring reliable and relevant information of the decision -making processes of managers and employees of the education system is the main task of forming systems for assessing the quality of education. This information should be objective, reliable and carried out on unified conceptual and criteria approaches. A new multi-level system of assessing the quality of education (MSOKO), presented in this manual, is a single information system in which the information of assessment procedures, monitoring, contextual information at all levels of education is collected: from the individual achievements of students, intra-class and intra-school assessment to assessing the quality of education of the formation At the municipal and regional levels of education systems. The proposed educational-methodical kit includes a methodological manual, a DVD disk, which houses the author’s video lecture and presentation.
