The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the concept of ensuring international information security regarding the regulation of cyberspace.
The genesis of the regulation of cyberspace is presented and the historical features of the concept of ensuring the safety of cyberspace are revealed. An analysis of the emerging system of international security of the information space, in particular its structural element - cyberspace, was carried out. Separate international legal aspects are considered, including the role of “soft law”, the current principles of international law and the principles of the emerging new branch of international law - international information law.
