Franciscan Order: From the Apostolic Movement to the Academic Corporation
The proposed attention of readers of the study analyzes the diverse activity of “Ordo Fratrum Minorum” in the 13th century, which was held within the French kingdom. The characteristics of the stages of the transformation of the Order from the Apostolic Religious Movement, not limited by institutional frames, are clarified in the medieval scientist corporation; It turns out that one of its main properties was the reproduction of the features of those structures in which it, following the principle of apostolic ministry, was integrated. The author shows how, depending on the stages of the inclusion of the Order in the Roman and Royal Kuria, as well as the University of Paris, the internal history of the community, expressed in the lives of its founder - St. Francis of the Assisian.
