From old records. Selected prose. Ginzburg L.Ya.
Lidia Ginzburg (1902–1990) is known primarily as a brilliant literary critic, the author of works on the work of Lermontov and Herzen, the books “On Lirik” and “On Psychological Prose”, “On Literary Hero”. However, she herself considered her main achievement the documentary prose, which she wrote mostly in the table, without hope for publication. Time ordered differently: during the years of perestroika and later the reader opened the diaries and notebooks of Ginzburg.
The real edition included the researcher’s memoirs, recreating the unique picture of the literary life of the 1920-1980s-memories of Akhmatova, Mayakovsky, Mandelstam, Oleinikov, Bagritsky, Shklovsky, Tynanov and other figures of Russian culture of thexix, as well as “ Notes of a blockade person ” - evidence of a psychological transformation of a person in inhuman conditions of besieged Leningrad. The texts of Ginzburg are an amazing example of intellectual severity and moral resistance even at the time of the crash of humanistic ideals.
