Unusuality is given to the book by the fact that its author is Igor Alexandrovich Kiryanov (1918 - 2007), an honorary citizen of Nizhny Novgorod, a historian, before the discovery of this text, known exclusively as a researcher of the Nizhny Novgorod last XV - XVIII centuries.
