The book continues the methodological line of manuals to organize extracurricular activities in the third grade under the program “Functional literacy”. The manual gives the work program of the course containing an explanatory note, thematic planning with skills formed in each lesson, the content of the program, the requirements for the education of primary school graduates, planned personal, meta -subject and subject results. The book also gives detailed methodological recommendations for each lesson, answers to questions and tasks of the simulator for schoolchildren. The logic of the course is built as follows: the blocks “Reading literacy” and “Natural-scientific literacy” are 1-16 classes; Blocks "Mathematical literacy" and "Financial literacy" - classes 18-33. The program also gives two verification work. The authors of the course offer effective methods of both collective and individual work that allow the teacher to successfully form the functional literacy of students.
