Geichera - a perennial, herbaceous plant, is easily multiplied by seeds. It was introduced into culture back in the 17th century, but thanks to the species diversity and modern selection, the real recognition of the leading world flower growers has won only in recent decades. Beautiful, not large, decorative leaves are collected in a dense basal outlet. Graceful inflorescences of small flowers crown long strong peduncles (height up to 40 cm). The variety is used to create borders, design trunk circles of trees, a reservoir, an alpine hill, a garden of stones, for edging flower beds.
Heikher - an unpretentious, winter -hardy plant. Before reading drained, fertile soils and light (“spotted” shadow) shading (the degree of light affects the color of the leaves). It does not tolerate stagnation of moisture and excess nutrition. After 3-5 years, it needs to be divided by the rhizome (before flowering) and transplant.
