Dr. Paul Kraus devoted his career to the search for those whom he considered the ancestors of people who died out to our appearance. Comparing the samples of the DNA of the dead tribes and his contemporaries, Kraus discovered the pattern of changes. He himself could not decipher this code to the end, but for many years kept his secret. Thirty years later, technologies appeared to solve the secret laid down in the human genome. However, the search for fragments of Krouse’s research turned out to be more complicated and dangerous than anyone could imagine.
