Get merit. Chase J.Kh.
Rene Reimond, known to the whole world under the pseudonym James Hadley Chase, left the family of a retired British officer, and his father forgave him a career as a scientist. At 18, the future writer left his studies and left his parental house forever. He tried a lot of professions before he became an agent in the distribution of books and thoroughly studied the book business from the inside. Subsequently, Chase recalled: “... I had to knock at a hundred thousand doors, and for each of them I could meet any of the characters of my future novels...” During almost half -century writing, Chase created about nine novels who enjoyed the unchanged success among readers of different countries , and about fifty of them were filmed.
The collection includes the “Early” novels of J. H. Chase “now he does not need anything” (1939) and “Get merging” (1941), written in the best traditions of the “Cool Detective” at the peak of literary The glory, which was marked by his literary debut.
