Annette Skhap - a famous Dutch artist and writer, author of the fairy -tale story “Lampshka” - turned seven classical fairy tales of the Grimm brothers and Charles Perrail into amazing stories about seven girls.

These tales, shifted into a modern way, are permeated with deep psychologism, and between the lines you can find more hidden meanings than it seems at first glance. In 2021, the book received a prestigious literary prize of the Netherlands "Bronze Shalitel".
