Journalist and producer Yuri Orlinsky receives a proposal to lead the filming of the incident, which allegedly took place about eighty years ago-a mysterious disappearance from the storage in Kolyma one hundred tons of gold in the ingots intended to pay for the Lend-Lalo of the United States of America in 1943. As it turns out later, the script was written in the wake of real events, and the filming of the film is a cover for the search for the very gold (and not only gold), who are not averse to taking possession of not only film customers, but also other interests -bandits and even foreign special services.
