A lot of novels have been written about the American Civil War, but perhaps not one of them demonstrates the South of America of those times as colorful and bright as “ruled by the wind”. Margaret Mitchell managed to draw pictures so frightening and create characters so bright that their story still excites the minds of readers around the world.
