The pear bush is medium -sized, about 1 meter high. At a young age, he is wide-sized due to the tendency of branches to practically go to the ground. But after 3 to 4 years the situation changes, the gooseberry bush becomes more compact, weak -winged. Young shoots of medium thickness grow quickly and in large quantities, giving the plant increased thickening. Annual branches have good branching. There are practically no spikes on them. Interodal is shortened. The bush is strong -shaped.  

The inflorescences are one- or three-flowered, they are laid in large quantities, which is why Grushenka is simply hung with bumps during the harvest, and looks very attractive. The crop of gooseberries is formed along the entire length of last year and two -year branches. 

The fruits of the variety of rounded, pear-shaped. The skin is thick, dense, smooth. At the time of ripening, the color changes with light red to deeply purple, almost black. There is a thick wax raid of a bluish tint. Small, medium and large fruits can ripen on the bush. The average mass of fruits is 4.3 grams, but there are 6 and 8 gram. The taste is refreshing, pleasant, sweet and sour.
