This methodological manual was developed to solve the problem of the effective organization of extracurricular activities of students in the second grade.

The manual is given the work program containing an explanatory note, thematic planning with skills formed at each lesson, the content of the program, requirements To the results of training primary school graduates, planned personal, meta -subject and subject results. The book also gives detailed methodological recommendations for each lesson, answers to questions and tasks of the simulator for schoolchildren.

The logic of the course is built as follows. Each lesson contains tasks for one of the four blocks: “readers literacy”, “mathematical literacy”, “financial literacy”, and “natural scientific literacy”. Classes 33-34 are generalizing. The authors of the course offer effective methods of both collective and individual work that allows the teacher to successfully form the functional literacy of students.
