Great shadow. Sa-carner M. de

This book is the first edition in the Russian language of the prose works of the outstanding Portuguese prose writer and poet Mariu de Sa-Carner (1890-1916). The fate of the writer, changeable and whimsical in everything, conveyed her character and the fate of his literary heritage by inheritance: a Carneir widely known during his lifetime, then for a long time forgotten, and now regaining well -deserved glory. In our time, no one doubts that the place and significance of this writer in the history of European literature of the 20th century is very significant. Meanwhile, in Russia, Carneira was known almost exclusively as a poet, and his domestic reader knew only from publications in periodicals and anthologies. The first (and only at the moment) Russian -speaking publication of poetry to Sa -carner was published only in 2011, the first collection of prose was the real publication, which includes the story “Incest” and the collection of short stories “Heaven in Fire”.
