The manual is divided into two parts. 18 topics of the I correspond to 3 sections of the Greek-Latin medical terminology: anatomical and hystological, clinical and pharmaceutical. In each lesson, in addition to the theoretical part and exercises, linguoculturological material is given from the history of the Latin language and medicine of the ancient world. In the II part, the volume of medical colleges necessary for students of medical colleges sets out additional information on grammar and syntax of the Latin language. Also given are materials for preparation for the test, Latin-Russian and Russian-Latin dictionaries and the text of the international student anthem “Gaudeamus” is given.
This manual is intended for students of medical colleges, as well as schoolchildren of 9-11 grades of educational institutions where there are medical classes.
