Grinded Kotanyi basic, 9 g

Italian aroma: chopped basil from Kotányi with light notes of cloves, pepper and mint is carefully dried and rich in essential oils. Given the restrained, sweet and warming aroma, it is not surprising that the basil earned the glory of the royal spice. The basil remains the main ingredient of Italian dishes, such as pizza and pasta, and also perfectly complements vegetables, soups, fish and meat.

The basil quickly loses its wonderful aroma during cooking, and it should not be stored in overly dry conditions. To preserve the maximum aroma, it must be subjected to minimal heat treatment and added to the dish shortly before the serving.
