“Pyramids of growth” - the second part of the novel “Birch Grove”. The main heroine, successful candidate Valentina Lebedev, notes among the participants of the talk show the influential television produchers of Ada Rudolf and invites the leading to a new program. Valentina is not ready for this, but agrees for the sake of the adopted daughter of Vika. Vika, a former drug addict, requiring constant emotionally loading, “falls in love” into television. The new environment brings up intrigues to Valentina, which it is difficult for her to cope with. She is ready to stop acting after the first program with Slava Zaitsev, but Hell concludes a deal: she arranges Vika in the middle of the year to study at VGIK, demanding that he continue cooperation. The program instantly becomes popular, Valentine does not give a passage on the streets, but hell is roughly manipulating it without paying a dime.
