The training manual presents recommendations for the conduct of a universal two -stage audiological screening of newborns, including prematurely with a different period of gestation, and children of the first year of life by registering otoacoustic emission and various classes of auditory caused potentials. Modern generalizing data on the sensitivity and specificity of screening in newborns and premature children with different gestational terms are considered.
