About the author:

Loren Castillo studied the illustration at the College of Arts of the Maryland Institute, and then graduated from the magistracy at the New York school school. As the author and illustrator Lauren received the Kaldecott medal in several books. At the moment, the artist lives and dreams of Harrisberg, Pennsylvania.
