The monograph has analyzed methods for constructing images of the past in social media. Based on the study of new practices in the production of historical knowledge in the digital environment, the processes of convergence of history and historical memory in modern society are shown. The authors chose computer games, Internet memes, selfies, fakes, blogospheres, wiki projects with the subject of their research, believing that in the digital era they became instruments of representing collectively separated ideas about the past. The work introduces new concepts, such as epistemic arenas, media memory, historhaking, histothynation, characterizing different faces of digital history.
