Fleeing from the German occupation, Twelve -year -old Josie, along with his family, runs from France to Morocco to wait for the opportunity to leave for America there, in the city of Casablanca. Life in Casablanca is filled with the sun, and landscapes, smells and sounds are not at all like everything that Josie saw before. The girl falls in love with this fabulous, bright city.

Seventy years later, Zoe comes to the city. She, who barely copes with her little daughter and problems with marriage, Kasablank seems to be a dirty and dull port city. Until in the cache under the floor, she does not find the diary of Josie, who knew Casablanca completely different.

Now Zoe can see the city through the eyes of an enthusiastic twelve -year -old girl. But will it help to find hope and cure a broken heart?
