The real edition is a selection of poems from the famous “Seventh Column” of the Davar newspaper (in which Alterman published satirical verses on the anger of the day in 1943 - 1967). Each poem is preceded by a detailed note in which the historical background is recreated, the incentive motives of writing are revealed.
