The collection of the famous English writer Arthur Conan Doyle (1859–1930) includes twenty -five mystical, fantastic, detective, strange and amazing stories. In each, the author shows his outstanding writer's skill, dashingly twisting the intriguing plot. All texts are given in the translation of Dmitry Mochnev. The book is decorated with dozens of drawings of twenty -four English and French artists. They illustrated the stories of Doyle when they first appeared on the pages of various periodicals at the end of the XIX and at the beginning of the 20th century.
