Housing law. Textbook for bachelors

The proposed textbook sets out a course of housing law according to the curriculum developed in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard in the direction of preparation 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence" (level of undergraduate). Based on the current housing

legislation of the Russian Federation, basic housing law and urgent problems of law enforcement are analyzed. To consolidate the theoretical knowledge gained, practical tasks are included in the textbook.
