For the present, the rapid development of auxiliary reproductive, as well as genomic technologies used as new methods of treating infertility and studies of the embryo genome, is characteristic. At the same time, in order to ensure the necessary protection of the rights of persons who resort to such technologies, it is necessary at the legislative level to resolve the types of auxiliary reproductive technologies used in detail, determine the procedure for their application and, most importantly, the responsibility of persons providing services in this area. It should be noted that the legal regulation of auxiliary reproductive technologies of a person (ART) in the Russian Federation requires improvement, for which it is necessary to adopt a single law, which must determine the basic concepts used in the field of application of ALTR, regulate the procedures and manipulations, the implementation of which became possible due to the implementation of development of medical technologies. In the legal regulation of relations related to the use of ARTs, the following blocks of problems can be allocated: 1. Problems of legal regulation of surrogate motherhood. 2. Problems of expanding the circle of subjects of the right to use auxiliary reproductive technologies. 3. Problems of the legal nature of the embryo in vitro. 4. Problems of conflict of regulatory legal acts regulating relations related to the use of CRTs, as well as the uncertainty of the categorical apparatus. 5. Problems arising from the use of reprogenetic technologies associated with studies of the human embryo genome. For scientists, teachers, graduate students, students, practicing lawyers and medical workers, as well as everyone who is interested in the problems of the use of modern biomedical technologies in the field of artificial reproduction of man.
