Elizaveta entirely, a candidate of philological sciences, a scientist who has devoted his life to the study of Russian hunting culture, a famous journalist, a member of the editorial council of the journal "Hunting and Hunting Economy", but, above all, an experienced hunter and culinary specialist, in love with the gifts of our native nature. The author of culinary trips in the magazines “Hunting and Hunting Economy” and “Hunter” of the Military Society, a permanent guest of the author’s broadcast “Neither Pooh” by N. Mamulashvili on the “Radio of Russia” and the Cycle “Soul Hunting” of the Hunter and Fishermen TV channel. The recipes of her dishes are highly appreciated by domestic and foreign colleagues and are included in the “World Hand Book Cic” (The Cic World Game Cookbook. 2021).

All dishes presented in the book are prepared by the author from their own prey and the extraction of her friends.
