James Flenagan, aka Nok, is the eighth child in a large family. He is sixteen, the end of the school is not around the corner, but he does not care. He is generally of little interested in life.

NOK has practically no friends: the only person who instilled confidence in him was his older brother - Patrick. Favorite of the family, a diligent student, a wonderful friend.
