Ray Steiner Klein, until the 70s of the last century, was on the advanced Cold War for establishing world domination of the collective West, occupying the position of deputy director of the CIA at the top of his career (1962- 1966) and heads of intelligence of the State Department (1969 - 1973).

a large place in the book is given to the description and substantiation of the "secret operations" of the Western intelligence services. Behind this streamlined formulation hid actions to have a psychological impact on the enemy society. In the USSR, rising in their way, the same operations were called more specifically - ideological sabotage.
