If you don’t tell anyone, me too. Ingoldzby P.
Pat Ingoldzby was born in Malaheid in 1942 and spent almost all his life in Dublin. Pat is a multifaceted creator: a poet, prose writer, playwright, artist, man endowed with a unique surreal imagination. In the late 1960s, at the dawn of his incredibly diverse creative life, he worked as a DJ on Irish radio. By that time, he had already composed several radio scenarios with his love for the word, and followed by plays for Dublin theaters. Its original television programs for children “Hat Pata”, “Crapping Pata” and “Pata guys” were unusually popular in the 1980s.
In 1977, the first collection of his poems was formed-“In the Stanine of your jacket”, And Pat sold more than a thousand copies, simply offering books to the houses. Since then, twenty -three collections and two audio collections have seen the light. Until 2015, he himself sold his books on the streets of Dublin.
