James Edwin Gann (born 1923)-American science fiction writer, critic, teacher, professor at the University of Kansas, founder of the memorial awards of Starjon and Campbell. It is considered a pioneer of literary research in science fiction. Twice the winner of the Hugo Award, the Grand Master "Nebums". The author of almost two dozen novels and more than a hundred stories and stories.
