The notes of the opera ”tells mainly about the goals and objectives standing in front of the Center for Public Relations of the KGB - FSB in the last 10th anniversary of the last century, during which the author had a chance to serve in this unit and, therefore, to be constantly in the center of events that took place in the bodies security. The book tells in sufficient detail about the people who worked in the center with the author and left their noticeable mark in it.
