Science and politics - they are almost always there, but not always together. Their strategic interaction is determined by the scale, the significance of each of these factors in the structure of the consensus product, its mass, quality and value expression. At the same time, in socialist production, the role of a planned factor will increase, in the capitalist - a person, the place is objectively diverted by a market factor. This contradiction is not exhausted by the attempts of scientists and politicians to limit themselves to the use of methods and development experienced earlier. In the context of a recognized situation of the interaction of science and politics, the acquired nature of the most acute battles between scientists and practices, the search for ineffective use of material, technical, financial and personnel resources. Most often, administrative factors win. The author of the book proposes to expand the scale of the search and application of new ways to implement this complex and contradictory task, including the methods of dialectical and historical materialism, and the real experience of the USSR in solving the most important state and socio-economic and other problems.
