The book presents implemented projects and competitive concepts of the famous architectural studio of IND Architects, founded in 2008 in Moscow. Among the clients of individual architecture specialists - this is how the “Indus” is deciphered in the name - Russian and international companies and banks. According to the IND Architects project in Moscow, the redevelopment of the buildings of the former confectionery factory "Bolshevik" in premium apartments by order of O1 Properties. The country's largest banks work and serve customers in offices created by the team of Amir Yidiatulin and its partners. For almost 10 years, the studio has been designing residential and public buildings and interiors, the improvement of public spaces, and creates projects for renovation and the redevelopment of industrial facilities. Having loudly sounded in the segment of office interiors and having received favorable response in the press about the interiors of the offices of RD Construction and Sberbank, the ind Architects is actively developing other directions: it designs residential complexes, schools, and improvement. Like the typology, the geography of the IND Architects projects is wide - a residential complex is being built in Novorossiysk according to the studio project, and an office for an international company is being built on the shores of Lake Garda in Italy. The team successfully participates in Russian and international architectural competitions and works in consortiums with foreign architectural bureaus. In the portfolio, IND has over 80 projects of residential and commercial buildings and interiors.
