“Beauty” is an early -ripe variety of Indau, in which the period from seedlings to the beginning of economic fit lasts 22–27 days. For a long time, it retains high commodity qualities and does not proceed to shooting. It is grown in open and protected soil. The yield is 2.1–2.4 kg/m². 

Large dissected leaves 16–20 cm long and 5-6 cm wide are collected in a vertical outlet. They have a magnificent piquant taste. 

Use fresh body in salads, as well as as a side dish for meat and fish dishes. 

Sowing in open ground throughout the season every 10-15 days. Set the seeds to a depth of 1–1.5 cm. Carry the harvest before ejecting the peduncles. Cut regularly - so you will receive greens with a delicate taste. Water, weed, loosen and feed plants in a timely manner.
