The textbook was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Professional Education in the specialty "Information Systems and Programming" from the TOP-50 list. The textbook is designed to study the professional module “Administration of information resources” (MDK 10.03 “Management of information content”). General information about working with the information content of web pages is given. The methods for ensuring quality and compliance with legislation in the publication of content, the principles of copywriting and rewriting, issues of distinguishing between access rights to information on the Internet and ensuring the information security of Internet resources are considered. Actual issues of the quality of the functioning of web pages and content management, methods of promoting Internet resources, organization and maintenance of news tapes, RSS channels, electronic subscriptions, and e-mailing technologies are also considered. Laboratory work has been developed that form practical skills in working with the content of web pages and network resources.
