The book is devoted to information that is elusive in its essence the phenomenon of the universe. We examined the aspects of her participation in the formation of management centers on the highest floors of the evolution of the animal world. The entire course of progressive development was marked by the growing information capacity of these mechanisms, presented at different levels of the brain. We justify the idea that the nature of the control circuits is built on universal laws that can be found in all living systems, including the state as the highest center of society management that has become the subject of study of synergetics. The book develops a hypothesis that the awareness of the mental images that a person operates in the internal plan is “pure information”, freed from signs circulating through the channels of the nervous system and brain.
