Workshop - an addition to the textbook of V.P. Omelchenko and A.A. Demidova “Information Technologies in Professional Activities” for medical schools and colleges. The use of information technologies of the Microsoft Office package to prepare text, perform mathematical calculations, create a medical database and work with it, prepare presentations, as well as the use of the Internet to search for medical information, configure, obtaining and sending e-mail and creating web pages. The possibilities of medical information systems for automating the work of medical institutions are shown.
