In the training manual, taking into account the current judicial practice, general approaches to the inheritance of business acts and the features of the inheritance of their individual types are revealed. The first implies an assessment of the specifics of business assets as the property included in the inheritance, the characteristics of the protection and management of them, including the issues of the institution of trust management, determine the legal status of the manager and the amount of its powers, the conclusion, execution and termination of the trust management agreement, as well as the creation the hereditary fund as a way to manage business actures inherited. The second means an appeal to the characteristics of the inheritance of rights related to participation in economic partnerships, societies and production cooperatives, inheritance of the enterprise, as well as rights to the results of intellectual activity.
