The textbook is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of insurance law, includes consideration of basic theoretical foundations of insurance, the features of its various types, with the exception of social insurance, as well as problematic aspects of the modern period of the modern period.

The presented book takes into account modern development trends insurance legislation and law enforcement practice. The content of the textbook should be characterized as a practical-oriented one. The discussion issues of the current state of legal regulation of insurance relations in Russia are set out.
