This textbook is devoted to the foundations and various aspects of the international legal protection of intellectual property, as well as the regulation of cross-border relations in the field of intellectual property. The author examines the main objects of international legal protection of intellectual property, terminological problems, certain pressing issues of intellectual property protection in cross-border relations: conflict-legal regulation of relations in the field of intellectual property; issues of cross -border transfer of rights to intellectual property; Blockchain technology as a way of protecting intellectual property in cross-border relationships, NFT-TOKEN; The protection of intellectual property created using artificial intelligence systems, etc. The textbook includes a separate study of the foundations and features of international legal protection of objects of copyright, related rights and industrial property. The book also explores national legal approaches to regulating cross-border relations in the field of intellectual property.

The textbook is developed for students studying according to the training programs for lawyers, in particular for master's programs implemented by the Department of International Private Law of the Moscow State Law University Name of O. E. Kutafina (MGUA). It complies with the methodological requirements provided for in the working programs of academic disciplines, devoted to copyright in international private law and international legal protection of industrial property, and the international law of intellectual property. The heads of the book contain definitions of basic concepts, at the end of paragraphs for independent preparation of students for classes, control issues, practical tasks are formulated.
