The textbook is devoted to the new industry of international law - international tourist law. The authors analyze issues related to the concept, method, principles, sources, sources and institutions of this branch of law in the aspect of theories of monism, dualism and the concept that individuals and legal entities can be subjects of international law.

Systemic approach , implying the simultaneous use of the basic provisions of these theories, allows us to argue about the independence of international tourism law. Particular attention in the textbook is paid to the international legal regulation of certain types of tourism.
