Interpretation of biopathies

The manual for doctors is devoted to the interpretation of biopsy in pediatrics. Although there are some similarities between the biopsy material obtained from adults and the material received from children, there are also significant differences. Thus, the spectra of infectious microorganisms, types of tumors, autoimmune, renal, pulmonary, skin, gastrointestinal and neurological diseases are practically not overlapped.

This book discusses common diseases and diseases that can be diagnosed using a biopsy. The emphasis is on differential diagnosis and the use of special research methods. The latter include histochemical and immunohistochemical colors, electron microscopy and molecular tests.

The book is divided into chapters, each of them is dedicated to a certain system of organs and is written by experts in its field, and is also richly illustrated by photographs.
