The proposed brochure contains a translation from the Greek “interpretation of the symbol of faith” known by his works (primarily by the polemic “all -weapons”, including the domestic reader, biblical interpretations), but the little -known details of his life by the Byzantine Orthodox Theology and eczgetet XI -XII centuries (c. 1050-1112) monk Evfimiya Zigaben.

This little work is a brief commentary on the text of the symbol with explanations about the most important dogmatic provisions of the Christian faith affected by the text, and also mentions heretical errors in the history of the Church. The translation, made by Archimandrite Ambrose (Pogodin), is accompanied by the extensive notes of the translator, in which he explains the positions mentioned in the interpretation, as well as heresy and heretics, which makes the text of the interpretation understandable for the modern reader and enriches his awareness in the truths of the Orthodox faith.
