The training manual outlines introductory topics of generally binding discipline “Ecological Law”, which is studied in legal universities by students of undergraduate. The work is supplemented by a review of the problems of the development of individual institutions of environmental law and the list of literature.

The book takes into account the amendments made to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 2020, the laws of legislation on environmental protection and individual natural resources were analyzed. Actual examples from judicial practice are given.
